Nachtschade (Night Shade) is a curious cocktail of rock-‘n-roll, funk, vaudeville and political engagement. In contrast to many bands, Nachtschade is a collective: all four bandmembers compose their songs and sing. Not only do they share their love for silly blues, their interest in Berlin cabaret and Belgian Rockband dEUS, the band is also on stage to convey a statement. But don’t think these four men are gooders, they are primarily a extremely musical, 21st century rock-‘n’-roll brigade which is going to conquer the stage on Festival Aangeschoten Wild!
